Team Registration Form - fill out and bring with payment Saturday 10am - noon.

Online Registration - pay in full with credit card or PayPal.

Scholarship Form - scholarships are provided based on need and availability of funds.

• Registration is Saturday at Lisle Soccer Complex in the shelter from 10am to noon. You may register online if paying in full by credit card or thru Paypal. Online registration and payment is available to anyone who supplies an email address at tryouts.


• Any player who is not registered on Saturday may be replaced by an alternate.


• Elections for the Adena FC Board will also take place during registration on Saturday.

• What are the age groups for tryouts?

• Can my son/daughter try out for a different age group?
  
  All players will tryout within their own age groups.


• Does Adena allow players to "play up" in a higher age group?
  
  In general, the Club feels that "playing up" is not in the best interest of the young player. Exceptions have been made in the past for players of superior skill or who are in an advanced school grade for their age. These exceptions will be made at the discretion of the coaching staff and Club Board only and are not influenced by parent or player requests.


• What does it cost to play for Adena?
  
  Yearly fees for U10-U14 teams which play Fall and Spring are $600. U15-U18 teams which play Spring only are $300.
  
  The uniform fee is $70 per player.
  
  Fees include:
  • 8-10 league games per season
  • 2 tournament entry fees per season
  • Coaching and Training fees - 2 practices per week
  • Insurance, League, and referee fees


• Are there any additional costs I should know about?
  
  The team will be assessed $200 for each tournament that requires an overnight stay to cover coaching expenses. This assessment will be divided equally among the players.


• What are my payment options?
  
  There are three ways to pay the annual fee:
  1. Pay full amount online via credit card or PayPal
  2. Pay full amount by check to Adena Futbol Club
  3. Submit three checks to Adena Futbol Club in the amounts of $270, $200, $200, dated June 5, August 1, and October 1, respectively.


• Does Adena offer scholarships?
  
  Yes. It is our goal that no player be denied the opportunity to play simply because of financial reasons. Through the help of some local sponsors, we have been able to accomplish this in the past. Families needing assistance will be provided an application form and all requests will be reviewed and awarded based on need and availability of funds.
